“We fell on our feet when our Auntie was accepted at Tollesby Hall at very short notice during the first Covid lockdown. Although we were unable to go into the home until the later stage of her life, the home felt ‘right’. Our Auntie was very happy at Tollesby Hall, and the care she received was everything we could have asked for.

In the last week of her life, we were allowed to visit - she was kept comfortable, had a clean nightdress on each day, and the staff showed great care and helped make sure she had a dignified departure. We cannot speak too highly about her care, and our thanks go to all of the staff who looked after her.”
